Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are experiencing delays with final delivery in some areas of the United States. Please allow an additional 2 business days from the time of your original estimated arrival date for final delivery.

U.S. Carrier Information

If your package is shipping to an address within the United States, click here to visit the USPS tracking site.
**Please note: It can take up to 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active once received. In some cases, USPS tracking numbers can take up to 3 business days to update.

International Carrier Information

If your package is shipping to an address outside of the United States, click here to visit the USPS tracking site. Once there, you will be able to apply your tracking number and review the most up-to-date information regarding your order.
**Please note: International Standard delivery does not provide tracking. Once your order ships you will need to allow the full 21 business days (excluding weekends) to pass for final delivery. Please also note that final delivery will be made by your local postal facility.

Order Status Information

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please Note: Each item you may order requires a different processing time before your order ships from our facility. Expected delivery dates for every product are listed on the item’s description page, just below the product image. The delivery date is based on our flat rate shipping fee and will vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Transit time does not begin until your order leaves our facility and it’s calculated in business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Other factors that may delay your order. If your delivery date has passed or the tracking number shows “delivered” and you have not received your order, please try the following before contacting customer service. Double check the immediate area near your mailbox or front desk. Check with your neighbors, or anyone that may have signed for the package.

FedEx SmartPost shipments travel through multiple carriers. In rare cases, tracking for these packages can indicate that it’s been delivered up to 2 days prior to its actual arrival. Because of this, we ask that you please allow an additional 2 business days for final delivery.

International customers – Check with your local postal office or customs office, as they may be holding the order for payment of customs fees.
