We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We can’t cancel the order after 2 hours. All the orders are printed on demand, the order will be pushed in production every two hours.

We can’t refund or exchange for the order places a size not fit.

Returns

If we deliver a defective items, we will accept return. We will send replacements after 7 processing days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with shipping label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

If the customer would like to return the item we only accept returns of items if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

After contact to support@basifystore.com and receive our response with returns eligible address, please do exactly following instructions:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to address mentioned in the email.

Refunds (if applicable)All the orders are printed on-demand. We accepted refund if that is our mistake, example: defective items, delivery wrong items, tracking not delivered. In normal, customer just need take a photo of items and original packaging with shipping label that we can see the defective items or wrong items, we will issue the refund immediately. We can’t refund if customer order wrong items, wrong quantity, wrong style or purchase a gift for someone and they don’t like the gift or some things like this. Customers don’t need to send anything back if we delivered wrong items or defective items. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (1-2 business days for PayPal account and up to 7 business days for credit). We will send an email to notify you that the refund has been issued or you can track your order status via our shipping notification email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@basifystore.com and send your item to address mentioned in the email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (**Customer pay shipping cost on returns).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
